Digital downloads

Because digital files can be accessed immediately, refunds may be limited after download access has been delivered. If a file is broken, inaccessible, or materially different from the product description, contact CiteLab and the issue will be reviewed fairly.

Manual audit service

Audit refunds can be requested before manual work begins. Once audit work has started, partial or full refunds are reviewed case by case.
