Do you need my passwords or server access?
No. Start with a description. After scope is agreed, provide a sanitized workflow export with credentials, tokens, private URLs, and customer data removed. Do not send passwords or API keys.
Will you fix and run the workflow for me?
The $99 offer is a manual design review and test plan. Implementation, live integration testing, hosting, and ongoing monitoring are separate work, agreed in advance.
When will I receive the report?
CiteLab confirms availability and a delivery date before sending an invoice. Submitting a request does not book a delivery slot or charge you.
